Terms & Conditions

The Safety Group's Terms and Conditions


Cancellations made with less than 48 hours prior to course start time will forfeit the full tuition. Cancellations may be made by phone or email.


Refunds issued for cash payments will be made by cheque and mailed via Canada Post. If payment was made by credit card the payment will be refunded back to the (original) credit card.

Late or No Arrival

If arriving late the participant may not be allowed entry into class and may forfeit the full course fee. If the participant does not show up to the course, or has not made arrangements prior to the course date to reschedule, he/she forfeits all fees. Extenuating circumstances may be exempt and is at the instructors discretion.

Privacy Policy

The Safety Group will not sell, share or rent any personal client information. Information may be used to contact participants for current course registration and future participation. Online Payments are made through a secure Pay Pal site and are insured. If there are any concerns please contact us.
